The Russian Center for Science and Culture (RCSC) in Dhaka, jointly with the Bangladesh Astronomical Association, held an online seminar to mark the 163rd anniversary of the birth of Konstantin Tsiolkovsky, Russian (Soviet) scientist and inventor, founder of cosmonautics.

The participants discussed the decisive role of Russia in the exploration of outer space and thanked the RCSC for holding regular educational events that allow them to receive interesting information about the achievements of Russian science.
