On July 29, 2020, the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Dhaka, in cooperation with Serov Academy of Fine Arts, organized an online meeting and a virtual exhibition «Gallery of paintings by Ivan Aivazovsky», dedicated to the 203rd Anniversary of the Russian marine painter Ivan Aivazovsky.

The participants expressed the general opinion that each of the master's paintings is extremely exciting and realistic. On this occasion, they asked to arrange in the future an off-line exhibition of reproductions of this great artist.

The director of the RCSC expressed gratitude for the interest in Russian culture, noting that Ivan Aivazovsky was primarily known for his images of seascapes and is considered one of the greatest marine painters in history, who created about 6,000 paintings.
