On July 7, 2020, the Head of Rossotrudnichestvo, Honorable Yevgeny A. Primakov, held a meeting with the Chairman of the Council of the Alumni and Friends of RUDN University, the President of the Association of Alumni from Bangladesh and Friends of Russia Mr. Jalil Alamgir.

The interlocutors discussed a number of possibilities for future projects and outlined plans for joint activities. They also touched on some aspects of Russian-Bangladeshi relations in the cultural and humanitarian spheres.

Mr. Jalil noted the unique educational role of the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, which over 60 past years has graduated around 200 thousand foreign specialists working in 170 countries on five continents.
