Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov introduced new Head of Rossotrudnichestvo Evgeny Primakov to the Agency’s team. While speaking at the headquarters of Rossotrudnichestvo in Moscow, the head of Russian diplomacy also expressed his appreciation to the work of Eleonora Mitrofanova, who led the Agency in 2017-2020.

Sergey Lavrov highlighted that with the amendments being introduced to the Constitution of the Russian Federation new public diplomacy objectives would emerge. The Minister wished success and well-organized work to the whole Agency’s team.

For his part, Evgeny Primakov pointed out the Agency’s work would change substantially.
