Great Pushkin

Did you know that at the age of eight, Pushkin composed small comedies and epigrams in French?

By the way, he himself was a polyglot! The poet knew:

Russian and French - like any educated person of that time, he owned them from childhood;

  •  Latin and German were added to the Lyceum;
  • Then he independently studied Old French, Italian, Spanish, English, Ancient Greek, Old Russian, Church Slavonic, Serbian, Polish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Arabic, Turkish.

Total 17 languages! Of course, Pushkin did not know everything perfectly, but a clear interest in linguistics can be traced. If you want to learn a foreign language - that's who you definitely need to take an example from.
